A graduate of the Sports program at the University of Physical Education in Krakow, where he studied in the fields of medical sciences, health sciences, and physical culture.
Currently, as a coach and personal trainer, he helps people not only achieve their dream physique but also encourages an active lifestyle and balanced nutrition.
He has successfully competed in physique competitions numerous times and, together with Sebastian Pawlikowski, runs the Facebook fan page “Nie Ma Nic Za Darmo” (“Nothing Comes for Free”) and the Instagram account @kuba.orlowski, where he shares training and nutrition tips.
